14-Day Personal Growth Mini-Course

Dear friends,

I’ve been thinking a lot about how I can best serve you during this uncertain time (stay tuned for the 14-Day Personal Growth Mini-Course at the end of this post!)~

If you are struggling with what to feel right now, you are not alone.👭Feeling guilty over feeling good, when others are suffering, is something I’m hearing a lot of right now. That is why I hope what I’m about to say helps you...

If you are feeling anxious, fearful, or sad, I have something significant to share with you:

Being hopeful and happy, even in the midst of such an unknown time, does not make you a bad person. It does not make you callus or out of touch with reality. Being sad because you feel bad feeling good, is like cutting your own arm off after witnessing a horrible car accident. It does absolutely nothing to help the accident victims. All it is does is harm you, spread the pain around even more, and further put you in an unlikely position to do any good at all.

Absolutely, do what you can to help this world right now. 🙏

Then, how about you take this time to work on you?

Develop These 3 Things

What if you looked at this current winter season of life as an opportunity to develop these three things:

  1. Your faith muscle 💪
  2. Your hope muscle 🦵
  3. An opportunity for personal growth 👤

If you weather the storm we are in, by allowing fear to cripple you, you will quickly lose sight of what is possible right now and for your future. Because without possibilities, hopelessness can creep in. And that, my friend, does not serve anyone well! ❌

On the other hand, having hope and faith that we will weather this storm both globally and in the recesses of our hearts and homes is precisely what is needed right now.

Why? Because hope and faith allow us to hand some of this off to someone or something bigger than ourselves. It reminds us that we are not alone and primes us to remember a couple of fundamental truths:

  • After Winter always comes Spring. 🌱
  • It will not be like this forever. 🌈
  • The future will include a new day, a fresh start, and new life. 🌞

14-Day Personal Growth Mini-Course

And I want you, to be ready. So, as a gift for you, I have put together a free 14-Day Personal Growth Mini-Course. This Mini-Course is going to include bite-sized nuggets of coaching for you to chew on, digest, and develop over the next couple of weeks. 💝

Every day I will send out an email, so stay tuned to your inbox.💡You never know what kind of things I will come up with for this Mini-Course, so check back each day! 😁

Friend, I always try and encourage you to share. I genuinely believe when you share, it can have a positive domino effect for other women just like you. Since we are all cooped up at home and lacking face-to-face contact, it is even more important to have encouraging and uplifting online banter. So, I am asking you to share every day it feels right for you.

To encourage sharing, I will be available every night at 8:30 p.m. (EST) on FB and Instagram to support you. Use this nightly share to discuss the coaching thought of the day. We have to stick together! 🤝

I was taking a walk around my neighborhood- one I have lived in my whole ENTIRE life. As I went by house after house seeing people on their porches, playing in their yards. This thought hit me about the quarantine. It really has forced people to STAY home. We create these homes to hang our hats. Make them look beautiful on the inside and out. Spend a ton of money on them. Then what we do ? NEVER just enjoy them. Take these next days just to ENJOY what you have made- your home. I remember Oprah saying one time our homes need to be our SANCTUARY. So I encourage you to just be and enjoy your sanctuary

Such a great point! Our homes & community with the people we love and care about, have always been right at our fingertips, yet, before the quarantine, America in general left their homes on a every day basis to connect and care for things anywhere other than there…. a great thought to ponder for sure!
Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts.
