Try pairing something you already enjoy with what you need to do.
* You love being outdoors and you’re committed to losing 15 pounds, but the thought of joining a gym makes you want to become a hermit. Try walking outside.🌄
* You love listening to classical music, have vowed to eat healthier, but have never enjoyed cooking very much. Try listening to some classical notes while whipping up something healthy. 🎶
