The biggest barrier to change, growth, and innovation, is fear of failure.
In preschool, kids ask about 100 questions a day and by middle school asking questions almost ceases completely. Why? For one reason, usually kids are rewarded for having the answer, not for asking a good question. So gradually they just stop asking and give what is expected by others. This is a learned behavior that carries into adulthood.
I have seen many people shrink their greatness, stop short of exhausting their gifts, give up, and settle, because they let fear set in and they stop asking questions.

This week, I’m gonna dive further into fear and what you can do to stop it from sabotaging your life💙🕊💪 Until then, I’m curious what is your take on fear? When have you felt it? What have you done about it? Let me know ⬇️⬇️⬇️
