One Size Definitely Does Not Fit ALL- We all learn and grow differently

Summer is just cruising along, and we are already in the second week of July! I have had a busy summer so far, but recently the dust has settled from the launch of my digital course. This has given me some time to think about other things! 👍

As you all probably know, I am a mom of 4. That means that I can receive 4 different opinions on any given day on just about any topic (6 total if you include myself and my husband 😉). This could be what's for dinner, which movie to watch, or the flavor of ice cream to buy. Can you relate? Taking an ice cream order can seem like an impossible task of mastering my memory! 🙃

I bring this up because we really are all unique. Sure, we have similarities, but one size definitely does not fit all. If this can be pared down to a preference for ice cream flavor, how important must it be to the way we learn and grow? While I wanted everyone to be in The Fit Mind family, I realize that for some of you, that may not have been the right fit for you.

So, with that in mind, I thought this was the perfect time to share some of the other ways I can be of service to you. You are unique and special, and I want to make sure I am here to help you grow! 🌱

I'm dually certified as both a Life Coach and a Life Purpose and Career Coach. I specialize in helping women get their minds fit first because I've discovered that mental well being is the gateway through which everything else passes and is necessary to get the rest of your happy on.
