Question Your Thoughts

We don't have to sit back and let our thoughts and feelings overwhelm us. Thoughts are just thoughts; which means we have the choice to believe them or question them.

What a great day to set our intentions for the week. What would happen if instead of believing, you questioned your negative thoughts all week long?

One thing I've learned is that we all have more in common than we think. We all have negative self talk. We all have moments, days, heck even months, when we have felt "Why bother?". If you're thinking that now, please stop and question your thoughts. Don't just believe them. You were made for greater things and you are better than your self defeating mental chatter.
