For the last couple of weeks, I have written about making decisions that honor your work/life balance. Sometimes making decisions are easy, other times, not so much. Therefore, I suggested using the 10-10-10 rule and deciding not to decide when you are stuck. Two terrific tools to pull out as needed.
This week, I want to offer another little something to think about, that  in my opinion, we are all way too guilty of. Ready? Here it goes: People who wait for external changes before they can make an internal decision, get stuck EVERYTIME.
Ladies, when we are continually waiting on external factors, such as; the kids to start school, the house to be paid off, the sun to shine, the government to change, our spouse to change, and anything and everything on the outside to change, we get stuck with changing the one thing we do have absolute control over, OURSELVES. Just a little something to think about the next time you catch yourself saying “I’d love to, but______.”

Haven’t signed up yet for our fabulous retreat this weekend? It’s not too late. Go to
