Welcome to week 5 of The Weekly Well! This is where you will find weekly inspiration to live YOUR best life. This week I want to talk about water. Please DON'T stop reading!! I know you have all heard a million times how drinking enough water provides significant health benefits. BUT. Have you also heard how it can help your mind's health and overall mental wellbeing?

Here is a truth I have learned:

As busy humans, we confuse good intentions with what we actually do. Our reality.

How does this relate to water? Well, how many times have you thought or even said out loud, " I drink plenty of water." But, do you really? If you had to actually count how many glasses you drink in a day, how many would that be?

Well, friends let's tackle that question together! I would like to present the One Week Water Challenge. Start today by keeping track of how much water you drink every day. Then I urge you to try and increase that amount. I have provided a checklist you can download below to help track your progress.

Without further ado, here is the fifth edition and yes, my face is frozen in such a becoming look (not!). As you may have guessed, I am not a professional videographer, but folks the show must go on!

 

Before I leave you until next week...here are some ideas to jazz up your water: lemon, lime, mint, basil, berries, and cucumber. If you want to go all princess, try some rose! 🍋🍓🌹Use whatever calls to you to get in those ounces!
